Supplier Partners: The Business Exchange is an opportunity for you to spend quality time with some of Houston’s top property management companies. Property management leaders will be seated at virtual tables and supplier companies will move to a variety of tables to present information about products and services. You will be able to share files, photos and videos as part of your presentation. Supplier companies are allowed up to two representatives and will move through the tables together (company to company style meetings). Each meeting has a 7 minute limit

HAA will offer training sessions of the virtual event platform for all registrants. Registrants will receive further information about the training sessions one week prior to the event date.

- Registration opens on January 27 and will close 48 hours prior to the event.
- All payments must be made before the event in order to hold your reservation.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the event day in order to receive a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund will be issued on cancellations received less than 48 hours prior. All no-shows will be responsible for the entire payment.
