We communicate with apartment renters by phone. We do not see renters in person. The helpline hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our staff is fluent in English and Spanish. Por Espanol (713) 595-0300 x 309. CALL VOLUME IS HIGH so calls are taken on a first come, first serve basis and will have a limit of five minutes.
