CAS - Certified Apartment Supplier
Program Objective:
To enhance the skills of the apartment community supplier, resulting in individuals with increased professionalism and an improved knowledge of the needs of today's apartment community managers and supervisors.
CAS candidates are required to attend four specific modules of the CAM curriculum (offered three times a year) along with management students pursuing the CAM credential, as well as one course created solely for supplier members (offered one time a year with online options available)
Course Schedule and Fees
Check-in and registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Course is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The below modules are taken in conjunction with the CAM classes; CAS candidates take four of the eight Certified Apartment Manager modules and gain operational insight into the needs of their customers, while receiving valuable networking and relationship building experience

Credential Requirements
To qualify for the CAS program, candidates must:
Pass comprehensive exam including the four required course sections of the CAM modules.
Sign an agreement not to solicit products in classroom.
Students who complete the requirements will receive a national certificate and pin. Candidates are allowed one year from the date of enrollment to meet all program requirements. If the requirements are not met in the time allotted, an extension fee of $50 must be paid to NAA to extend candidacy for six months.
