CAMT - Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
Program Objective:
To further the technical, business, and personal development skills of today's multi-family maintenance technician, resulting in improved on-the-job performance and a heightened awareness of customer service and responsibility.
CAMT Credential Qualifications:
• Minimum of 12 months of apartment or rental housing maintenance experience
• Classroom Attendance
• Completion of the supplementary online curriculum
• A passing score on the comprehensive exam within six months of enrollment
Course Schedule and Fees:
• The CAMT curriculum is comprised of five modules (Make-ready, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances and HVAC) and will be administered in a hybrid format featuring three parts:
- Part I Online Self Study, via NAA's Visto Platform
- Part II Live virtual instruction November 17th-19th 9:00am-4:00pm
- Part III In-Person, Hands-On training at the HAA Education Center December 15th-17th
• Total Program Cost: $925
• All textbooks, exam fees and meals are included in the full course fee
