The Houston Apartment Association is a professional trade association whose membership represents a broad cross-section of the Houston apartment industry. Members include apartment owner-operators, builders-developers, management companies, and product and service businesses that serve the industry. A nonprofit association, the HAA is the largest and most progressive apartment association in the country. HAA members invite and encourage you to join.

Annual Dues Rates:
Owner/Management Company
A management company or firm who is a rental or apartment property owner/operator, builder and/or developer, or fee manager of rental units. Members must operate in one of the 12 county areas we service and must include all units owned or managed. Counties include: Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Waller and Wharton counties only.
Property Owner and/or Management Company Dues
1 - 49 units: $300 flat rate
50 - 99 units: $375 flat rate
100 - 999 units: $450 base fee plus $1.62 per unit
1,000 or more units: $450 base fee plus $1.42 per unit
Supplemental/Prospective Owner with NO UNITS: $250 flat rate.
Investor interested in becoming a rental property owner or an owner whose property(ies) are already listed with a member company and want their own membership.
Supplier (Product/Service Provider)
A company providing products and services to the multifamily industry.
Supplier Dues $450
Two listings in annual Directory and Buyer’s Guide and online directory; 12 issues of ABODE magazine; networking opportunities at association events; opportunity to showcase your goods and services at the annual expo at the member rate; access to more than 2,900 apartment communities, and covers all employees working for the company. Dues also include membership with the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. (additional listings are $35 each per year)
Sponsor Dues $650
Two listings in annual Directory and Buyer’s Guide and online directory; 12 issues of ABODE magazine; networking opportunities at association events; opportunity to showcase your company at the annual expo at the member rate; access to more than 2,800 apartment communities and covers all employees working for the company. Additional sponsor benefits include: bolded listings in printed annual Directory and Buyer’s Guide, "Sponsor" flag displayed on online listing, and company name listed in ABODE magazine every month on our "Sponsor" page. Dues also include membership with the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. (additional listings are $35 each per year)
Membership is annual and renewed each year on your anniversary month.
